Summer care

Both sun and water dry out the hair. Chlorine not only dries out the hair but it also discolors it. Sun fades hair color. The better the condition of the hair, the more easily it can ward off the damaging effects of sun and water.

Tip
Protect your hair in the sun (always wear a hat & use a UV-Filter product) and in the water (always apply a hair protection product and wear a cap). Wet your hair before diving in to dilute the chlorine. To reduce effects of chlorine, shampoo right after swimming. Use lukewarm water. Do not scrub--wet hair is especially sensitive to stretching and pulling.
CLEANSE
AS shampoo breaks down chlorine molecules that attach to the hair during swimming so they're easily shampooed away without any stripping. It also replaces vital elements-protective oils and protein-robbed by prolonged water exposure. AS shampoo prevents the hair from drying out and has an exceptional anti-static quality.
TONE
After a day in the sun, an outdoor activity or a gym session, apply Calm scalp lotion for a wonderful cooling sensation. The aloe vera also helps to cool sunburned scalp.
MOISTURIZE
Hydrate brings life-giving moisture to hair and scalp. Its special UV protection helps prevent color fade. Proteins add strength and precious essential oils maintain moisture balance and give hair greater elasticity, bounce, body and sheen. Use on dehydrated scalp to moisturize it. For coarser hair that also tends to tangle more, Balm is an excellent alternative.
DESIGN
Hair cream protects hair from outside influences and harmful UV rays. Aloe Vera Gel, Bilberry Extract, Birch Extract, Wild Thyme Extract and Tormentil Extract make it especially beneficial for dry, dull hair, chemically-treated hair and long hair. Apply richly before any swimming or water exposure to create a barrier against chlorine and water (salt and fresh). As a finishing cream, apply lightly to dry hair for sheen, and protection against the sun and drying out.
